Now, for those of you who have never heard of The Burning Man, it is a festival that happens in the Nevada desert in The Black Rock City. For one week of the year people come together to express themselves creatively through art,music and dance. It is a completly non commercial festival and the spirit there is unforgetable. I was lucky enough to have gone there twice as part of an amazing Irish crew called 'The Paddy Mirage'. Here is a photo I took my first year there in 2003. The Temple was created by a man called David Best and built in the sweltering temperatures of the desert by one of the most dedicated crews I have ever met.
Another of David Bests creations, The Party Bus. This would gladly drive you around Burning Man and if you wanted to get off you simply just slid down the slide that was attached to the side and there you go......genius.
